I’m a love warrior.
I’ve always been fascinated with pain and a little obsessed with love.
I’m talking about self-love and that’s because, for the first half of my life I was consumed with everything but love. I have spent years trying to make sense of the shit that made no sense at all. Searching, discovering and challenging everything I had ever been told to find the truth inside myself, connect to my inner wisdom and discover the true meaning of self love.
The hardships in my life, and there’s been plenty of them have actually been my greatest gifts in disguise. They have all grown me in ways that I could never have imagined.
Each and every challenge I encountered offered me a gem of wisdom that I am forever grateful for. Understanding and accepting this has helped me to transform, grow, learn, and evolve through my childhood trauma, fears and gazillion insecurities.
I’m certainly not done! We are all constantly evolving, but the most powerful thing I realised is that when love is my response to whatever life throws at me, life makes sense. I can breathe, and everything is okay. Everything is right and I am home.

Ever since I transformed my life, and the way I view and feel love, all I have wanted to do is share it with the world! Share my insights, practices, rituals, tools and routines to help others who are struggling, as I once was, transform their lives too. To help other women make love the hero of their lives too.
Life is messy and really hard at times. Love is the great anchor that guides us, if we allow it.
We humans have some waking up to do. Many of us are drowning emotionally, disconnected, alone, depressed, anxious, or addicted and, quite simply, we don’t need to be. I believe that humanity has to experience what we don’t want, to realise what we do want and need. Me too. So, I get it, but to heal and grow, we need an emotional evolution - a love revolution.
Imagine a world where most of us love ourselves. Where love is common and strongly desired, taught at school, expected and normal. Imagine the impact on your life, on those around you.
